Dancing Diary
Dancing to ‘Declan Aungier’ in The Premier Ballroom Thurles on this Sunday night the 24th of June from 8.30pm to 11.30pm. Admission €9 includes tea and biscuits. A great venue for those who enjoy dancing or listening to top class music.

All the fun at the Park
Newport GAA club will host a Family Fun day at Lacken Park this Sunday with lots of fun activities for all age groups, including adults. Proceedings will get underway at 1pm, and admission is free. There will be some not to be missed activities with Tug-of war between our senior and junior teams and the highlight of the day will be the Cow Poo Bingo at 3.30pm.
Tickets for the bingo are €5 or three for €10. There will be a bar-b-que from 1pm and the shop will be open. Medals for the winners of the competitions. This promises to be a very enjoyable day and all are welcome.

Holycross FC
Holycross FC annual fundraiser 'Night at the Dogs' will take place on Saturday 30th June in Thurles Greyhound Stadium. The club has over 150 members from the local community with teams from U8's to U18's. Tickets can be purchased through the club, telephone 086 6029178 or at Holycross Stores.

The Frank and Walters
Indie rockers The Frank and Walters are set to play a much anticipated show in Bakers Clonmel on July 5th at 9pm. Tickets €20.

Cut Loose
A stellar lineup of artists including Nathan Carter, Derek Ryan and Louise Morrissey are set to return to the fields of Holycross on July 15th for the annual Cut Loose country music festival. Children under 12 go free once accompanied by an adult. Tickets cost €20 and are available from tickets.ie, and all SuperValu's and Centra stores nationwide.

Make a date with Aslan in Golden this August Bank Holiday weekend. Aslan play the GAA Complex Golden on August Bank holiday weekend on Saturday August 4th. Tickets just €20. A date for your diary.

Cirque Rí-Rá
Join us at Nenagh Arts Centre to celebrate Cruinniú na nÓg with 'Cirque Rí-Rá', a free family fun afternoon with street entertainment, workshops and performances on Saturday 23rd June from 2pm to 5pm.

Lego Workshops
Cashel Library is the place to be this July for a day of Lego workshops and fun! Places on these workshops are limited, so please contact us on 062 63825 to book your place! Lego Workshops on July 3rd are as follows:
11am - 12.15pm - Junior Robotics, suitable for 7-9 year olds.
12.30pm - 2.30pm - Senior Robotics, suitable for children aged 11+
2.45pm - 4.15pm - Senior Engineering, suitable for 9-12 year olds. Places are limited so please book in advance.
