Holycross Ballycahill 0-16

A goal in each half earned Kiladangan a well deserved spot in the Tipperary Water County Junior A Hurling Final this afternoon in their clash with Mid champions Holycross Ballycahill in Toomevara.

Leading by 1-9 to 0-7 at the break - the goal coming courtesy of Ciaran Kelly in the 29th minutes, Kiladangan had to fight off a very spirited fightback from the Holycross Ballycahill men who tried everything in their power to bag a green flag.

However, try as they did, they could not breach the Kiladangan rearguard with their former clubman Gary Byrne playing an outstanding role at midfield for the north men.

Kiladangan sealed the victory in the dying moments with an Eoin Gleeson goal to qualify for the final.
