An Seisiún Mór takes place in Templemore next Week-End, 4th-6th May.
The Festival begins on Sat 4th in Templemore Town Park at 6pm with Twisted. Eager and adventurous runners will take on a 5km Lakeside obstacle challenge through the park.
Clash of the Ash Hurling Match at 8pm.
Following the adventures in the Park, the legendary “ Manna South Original” Band will give a live concert in the Town Square at 9pm.
At approx. 10pm “Those Fire Guys” will put on a cool fire display and there will be music in all the pubs in town that night.
While all these activities are taking place Thomas Adlum’s 24 hour Woodturning Challenge will have commenced.
On Sunday 5th May-Walk to the Devils Bit at 10am and a 20km cycle gets underway at 12noon.
The Seisiún Mór Music Festival – an explosion of Music, Dancing and Singing takes place on the Town Square from 2-6pm. There will be Bouncy Castles, Face Painting, Tatooing, Hair Braiding, BBQ, Arts & Crafts.
Monday 6th May.
Pitch and Putt Scratch Cup at Lakeside Pitch & Putt Club. First card at 8am. All moneys raised will go to Crumlin Childrens’ Hospital. Please come out and support.
