Offsite Trips included a trip to the local Swimming Pool; a bus tour of London and a shopping trip to London for the Ventures. During the week all Members got the chance to go to an Olympic Event in London; on Saturday 28th six people attended the Volleyball at the Riverbank arena; 26 people saw the double-header (including Team GB) at Wembley on Sunday 29th; 6 more visited the Olympic Village for the Hockey on Tuesday 31st and 21 people visited Wembley on Wednesday 1st. Most of the Group also got a chance to visit the Olympic Experience Exhibition in Covent Garden and have their photo taken with the Olympic Torch.
