Roscrea’s Cistercian College has a hard working staff, while there is room for improvement in some areas, according to a new report.
On May 10th, a Dept. of Education inspector carried out a whole school evaluation (WSE), as required by law.
The inspector made the following findings. “The board of governors is supportive of the school and is to appoint a board of management in October 2013 in accordance with...the Education Act.
“The College President (principal) and Dean of Studies (deputy principal) are hardworking, dedicated, committed managers of the school and are effective leaders of learning.
