Pride of Tipperary Michelle McLoughlin says 'thank you' for Charity Concert

Pride of Tipperary 2017 Michelle McLoughlin, and the Tipperary Rose 2018, Laura Durkan, who attended the concert.

After a successful and entertaining Sunday evening last week hosting my charity concert for Cluain Arann and the Mid-Western Cancer Foundation, I would sincerely like to thank a few people who without their support would not have been possible, writes Pride of Tipperary 2017 Michelle McLoughlin.

“Firstly, I would like to thank the Great National Ballykisteen Hotel for facilitating my charity concert as the Pride of Tipperary on the Sunday the 20th of May and for all the help they provided over the few weeks to organize this event.

“To the sponsorship for the raffle; BT Sports, Brazil’s Restaurant, Lír Beauty, Jolies Fleurs, and Danny Ryan Music Shop, thank you all for your donation to my event. Thank you to our MC on the day Jim Keane, and the Pride of Tipperary Committee who both helped in every way possible to make this event run smoothly.

“A massive thank you to all the unique acts who kindly gave their time to perform in this concert; The Badgers, Derek Ryan, St. Michael’s G.N.S Choir, Kieran Ryan Preston, and the County Tipperary Ryan Youth Orchestra, all who showcased a very talented performance. Thank you to Fitzpatrick Printers who made the beautiful posters and tickets for my event. And finally to everyone who supported me on the day as well as promoting the event, thank you all very much. The support I have received over the past few weeks in the run up to my event and since being crowned has been huge and I am grateful to have this opportunity to represent the people of Tipperary and help the community in any way I can. Go raibh míle maith agaibh.”
