Over €500k worth of Tipperary property up for grabs at next Bidx1 auction

EIGHT properties in Tipperary, with a combined reserve of €555,000, will be offered at the next Bidx1 auction later this month.

Among the lots expected to draw particular attention is a mixed use commercial and residential unit on Main Street, Tipperary Town.

Lot 205, with an address at 63/64 Main Street Tipperary Town, carries a guide price of €185,000 and is arranged across three floors to provide a mid terrace retail building. Internally the property comprises a ground floor retail unit together with ancillary accommodation overhead.

In Killenaule a five bedroom former B&B and Public House is on offer with a guide price of €55,000. The property is arranged across a ground floor and upper floor to provide a terraced former public house and B&B.

Meanwhile a detached four bedroom house at Knockinglass, Killenaule has a reserve of €65,000 however the two story property, which is set on 1.3 acres, requires refurbishment throughout.

A detached four bedroom house in Lackamore, Newport Co. Tipperary, set on a one acre site, carries a reserve of €30,000 while a one bedroom ground floor apartment at Bank Place, Clonmel has a reserve of €25,000.

Elsewhere in Clonmel a semi-detached three bedroom house at Glenegad Road, Old Bridge is on offer with a reserve of €100,000.

A further semi-detached three bedroom house at Wilderness Grove, Clonmel carries a reserve of €30,000 however the property has been subject to fire damage.

A detached two bedroom bungalow is on offer in Coolnamuck, Carrick-on-Suir with a reserve of €65,000.

The next Bidx1 auction takes place on December 13 and December 14.
