Loughmore National School.
Loughmore National School have announced that the school will host ‘Mol an Óige’, a gala evening of traditional Irish music and dance, on Saturday, November 12th at 8pm in The Dome, Thurles.
Tickets are priced at just €20 per person and all proceeds from the event will go toward Loughmore NS and its Solas Autism Unit.
This event, run in partnership with Comhaltas, will feature the In Tune For Life Orchestra, which consists of approximately 70 young musicians from all over Tipperary, along with guests from all over the country. These guests will include, among others, the local Thomas MacDonagh Pipe Band, American Bluegrass group The Cedartowns, the Loughmore NS choir and a host of All-Ireland champion dancers and singers.
Loughmore’s Tom McGrath will be the master of ceremonies for the concert and special guests on the night will include some of our All-Ireland winning Tipperary hurlers who will be interviewed live on the night.
The entertainment will, of course, continue after the concert with a live band and each ticket holder will automatically be entered into a free raffle with some fantastic prizes on offer.
All support for this fundraiser is greatly appreciated. It promises to be a wonderful night of entertainment and fun and all are welcome.
