Tipperary deaths - Monday 12 March, 2018

The late Christopher Long
The death has occurred of Christopher Long late of Glengoole South, Glengoole, Thurles. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Christine, sons, Andrew and Gerard, daughter Jenise, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends. ​Reposing at his residence this Tuesday evening from 4 o'c to 8 o'c. Arriving at St's Patrick & Oliver Church, Glengoole on Wednesday morning at 11.15 o'c for funeral mass at 11.30 o'c., followed by burial in adjoining Cemetery. House private on Wednesday morning please.

The late Joan Crotty
The death has occurred of Joan (Joanie) Crotty late of Skeheenarinky , Burncourt, Cahir, Tipperary. Beloved daughter of the late Eugene and Brigid and sister of the late Gene and Pauline. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her loving sisters, Mary (Hart), Kay (Egan), Mairead (McFaddan), Therese (Somers), Bernadette (Monahan Flynn), brothers Sean, Vincent and Gerard, brothers in-law, sisters in- law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, aunts , uncles and extended family and her very special and loyal friends. Reposing at her home Tuesday evening from 4pm to 8pm. Arriving at the Church of the Assumption Ballyporeen on Wednesday for Requiem mass at 2pm. Burial afterwards in St Mary's Cemetery Ballyporeen . May she rest in peace .

The late Eilish Grant
The death has occurred of Eilish Grant late of Haigs Terrace, Cashel, Tipperary. Wife of the late Dinny. Deeply regretted by her nieces and nephews, relatives neighbours and friends, special friend Nancy Farrell. Reposing at Lonergans Funeral Home Cashel this Monday at 6pm with removal 7.30 to St. John the Baptist Church Cashel. Funeral mass on Tuesday at 10.30 and burial afterwards to Kilfeacle Cemetery.

The late Bridget Kee
The death has occurred of Bridget (Bridie) Lee (née O'Donnell) late of Loughcopple , Killusty, Fethard, Tipperary. Predeceased by her husband Joseph Lee, her sisters Peggy Brett and Kathleen Maher, her daughter-in-law Maire. Very deeply regretted by her loving sons Bill, Jim, Joe, John and Gerry, daughters-in-law Mary, Madeline, Anne and Jackie, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and her many friends.Reposing at O'Donoghue's Funeral Home, Kickham St., Clonmel, on Tuesday evening from 5pm with removal at 7.30pm to Church of the Sacred Heart, KIllusty. Requiem Mass at 11am on Wednesday burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The late Josephine O'Brien
The death has occurred of Josephine O'Brien (née Kerr) late of Castle Street, Carrick-on-Suir, Tipperary. Sadly missed by her loving family sons Paul, Barry, Micheal, John and Vincent, daughters Gina, Tina and Martine, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law Kathleen, Theresa and Anne, son-in-law Paul, relatives and friends. Reposing at her residence on Monday, 12th of March, from 4pm to 7pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 10.30am in St Nicholas' Church, Carrick on Suir, followed by burial in the Friary Cemetery. The late Eamon O'Dwyer
The death has occurred of Eamon (Skutty) O'Dwyer late of Scallagheen Cottages, Tipperary Town, Tipperary / Hollyford, Tipperary. Predeceased by his mother Josephine. Sadly missed by his sisters Teresa and Celine, brothers Gerard and James, brother-in-law Tommy, sisters-in-law Kate and Triona, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, aunts, cousins and a large circle of good friends. Reposing at Whelan’s Funeral Home, Bansha Road, on Tuesday evening from 6pm to 7.30pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 10.30am in St. Michael’s Church, Tipperary and funeral afterwards to St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Hollyford, Co. Tipperary. House private on Wednesday morning, please.

The late Frank O'Hara
The death has occurred of Frank O'Hara late of Annagh, Birr, Tipperary / Offaly. Deeply regretted by his loving cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing this Monday evening at Boyd's Funeral Home, Birr, from 4-30pm to 6-30pm with removal to Our Lady Queen of Ireland Church, Rathcabbin, arriving at 7 pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday afternoon at 2-30pm. Burial afterwards in Bonoham Cemetery.

The late Attie O'Sullivan
The death has occurred of Attie O'Sullivan (née Hackett) late of Ardpadden, KIlmanahan, Clonmel, Waterford / Clonmel, Tipperary. Very deeply regretted by her loving husband Maurice, sons Pat, Muris and Michael, daughters in law Terry, Deirdre and Inga, grandchildren, brother James, sister Elanor, sisters in law, brother in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and her many friends. Reposing at O'Donoghue's Funeral Home, Kickham St., Clonmel on Monday evening from 5pm with removal at 7.30pm to St. Laurence's Church, Four Mile Water. Requiem Mass at 11.30am on Tuesday with burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Wattie Power late of Ballyknock, Carrick-on-Suir, Tipperary.
