Brian Mangan, Pinergy Corporate Sales Manager for Tipperary and the Mid-West region
Pinergy, the award winning smart energy supplier, has announced the appointment of Brian Mangan as Corporate Sales Manager for Tipperary and the Mid-West region. Pinergy provides smart energy solutions that are ideally suited to businesses, landlords, property managers and the agricultural sector.
Brian’s role in the region will also build on the strategic partnership that Pinergy has built with Munster Rugby, a relationship that goes back to 2014 and today sees Pinergy as the official energy partner to Munster Rugby, powering both Thomond Park in Limerick and Irish Independent Park in Cork.
Speaking about his appointment, Tipperary native, Enda Gunnell, CEO of Pinergy said, “One of Brian’s key responsibilities within this new role will be to further develop the Pinergy brand in the Mid-West region, building its reputation as an energy provider of choice among businesses and households that want to manage, monitor and take control of their energy requirements and costs. Previously, Brian worked in property and property development for over 15 years with companies such as John Stapleton Auctioneers, McInerney Homes, M&C Property Management and Kersbrook.
Brian has extensive experience in the renewable energy industry, specifically in the wind and solar sector. He is very passionate about working with startup companies and over the years has worked with several startups on a pro bono basis.
Originally from Lisnagry in County Limerick, Brian has a master’s degree in business from Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick and also holds a B.Sc in Valuations and Management from LIT. Brian is a keen golfer and devoted supporter of Munster rugby.
