Congratulations to Deirbhile Ryan, Nenagh Olympic & Darren Prout, Coolquill who were National medal winners for Tipperary at the Woodie's DIY Juvenile Indoor Combined Events last Saturday. Deirbhile was in fine form winning National gold in the Girls U/14 finishing on a great score of 2275pts, 50 points ahead of second place while Darren put in a great performance winning National Bronze in the Boys U/14 with a score of 2312 points. Some of our athletes also competed at the East Munster Secondary Schools Cross Country Championships on Friday last. Congratulations & well done to all our Tipperary athletes who took part (full results can be found on the Munster schools website at www.munsterschoolsathletics.org).
