All roads led to Fethard last Sunday when the Blue Ribbon events of the County Road Championships scene were decided namely the County Senior Ladies 5k and Men’s 10K Road titles.

County Juvenile Athletics - 21 Munster Schools Titles for Tipp Athletes

The AVIVA Munster Schools T & F Championships took place on Saturday 18th May in Cork I.T. Tipperary athletes displayed great form taking home 55 individual medals in total (21 gold, 13 silver & 21 bronze).

Templemore golfer, John Galvin had a special Hole in One on Monday (6 May). He was taking part in the “Tame the Blue Monster” Open Competition in Tulfarris Golf Club on the shores of Blessington Lakes.

Curley Heads Bogey Cup Return

The Bogey Cup, as its name indicates, goes back a long way. It is a Singles against Par nowadays. The re-fixture of this year’s competition for Sunday last produced the usual ups and downs in scoring - a sort of profit and loss affair according to whether a hole is won, halved or lost. Neville Curley took the honours with two up.
