A Very Proud Day For County Board Chairman Sean Nugent

Tipperary County GAA Board Chairman described the day as his proudest.

The Kilsheelan Kilcash man, who came into office back in January, was on hand to see The Premier County win their second All-Ireland under his tenure. But, the fact that a clubman of his own was to lift the Irish Press Cup, made the day so very special for the long serving administrator.

“I have been involved in GAA for a long time and this is probably my proudest day. To be Chairman of the County Board and to have the captain from my own club in Kilsheelan Kilcash is so very special. I am looking forward to a long night in Kilsheelan when we bring the cup there,” Sean told The Tipperary media in the aftermath of the game. See this weeks Tipperary Star for full story.
