Ursuline Public Speaking students

Mental Health Ireland runs a competition every year called the 'National Public Speaking Project'. This competition is aimed at secondary schools  around the country, where teams speak on a mental health topic for 6 minutes. The main aim of the competition is to promote awareness around mental health,reduce stigma around mental illness, promote confidence and build team spirit. In this years North Tipperary Final, the team from the  Ursuline Secondary School Thurles went on to win and will now compete in the regional final at the end of January. Thurles Mental Health Association would like to wish the Ursuline team and their coach Good Luck in the next  round of the competition.
