Drom Sale of Work

A Sale of Work was organised by Mrs Kathleen Moloney of Drom Village, Templemore on last November attended by many friends and neighbours. The proceeds of the event were donated to the Order of Malta towards the new Unit Headquarters and Training Centre currently under construction in Thurles. Accepting the donation on behalf of the Thurles Unit, Commander John Medley thanked Mrs. Moloney and her supporters for their kind generosity to his organisation and gave a brief outline of the services which the Order of Malta would be in a position to provide for the local communities from the new Centre once it becomes operational early in 2014.
