The A.G.M. of Clonakenny G.A.A. Club took place on Saturday night last with a good attendance present. The Secretary Declan O’Dwyer gave a detailed account of the years activities. Treasurer Seamie Nolan gave an account of the finances. Chairman John Moloughney in his address thanked everybody for their hard work over the past year and thanked everyone responsible for achieving three in a row hurling titles and looking forward, hoped everyone would put in a big effort and bring that elusive County Title back to the parish. Officers elected for 2013 were: Patron, Fr. Noel Kennedy, President, John Clarke, Vice President, Martin Murray, Chairman, John Moloughney, Vice Chairman, Gerry O’Hara, Secretary, Declan O’Dwyer, Treasurer Seamie Nolan, PRO Gemma Moloughney, Registrar Jackie Keane, Tipp Draw Co-ordinator, Oliver Mullally, Childrens Officer, David Longe.
