Nenagh Eire Og has been nominated as one of the 16 clubs across the four provinces of Ireland to participate in the National GAA Healthy Club Project. There are five clubs in Munster and Nenagh Eire Og is the only club in Tipperary.
This is an exciting new project aimed at enriching the lives of club members and players while further strengthening the club’s ties to their local community. Over the next number of months the club will be undertaking a number of initiatives in putting health, well being and building community at the heart of everything we do, said Michael Geaney, project leader.
Phase one of the project is completing the online questionnaire. We are asking club members, supporters and the wider community to fill out the questionnaire in order to help and guide us over the next number of months to ensure that our healthy club project is a success. If you have completed the questionnaire already we thank you. Please log on to www.Nenagheireog.com to complete the questionnaire,” he said.
Further information about the Healthy Club Project can also be found on the club’s website on its Healthy Club Project page
