We extend the sympathy of St. Patrick’s G.A.A. club to the Power family, Tullocussaune on the recent death of Mrs. Eileen Cregan (nee Power) who died recently in Waterford. The Power Family have been involved in Gaelic Games since before the foundation of the G.A.A. and Eileen’s brothers John, Paddy and Michael were all prominent members of St. Patrick’s G.A.A. club. Paddy was a member of the Co. Board for many years and also served as a Co. Minor Football selector while Michael won 3 South championships in 1963 and also won many awards for his music skills in Scor and other competitions. John lined out for several St. Patrick’s teams including the Junior footballers of 1954 defeated by Ardfinnan in the South Final. May she rest in peace.
