BROWNIES:Calling all past Brownies and Brownie leaders! Girl Guides in Ireland are 100 years old this year, and the Brownies and Ladybirds in Borris in Ossory are having a special Mass to celebrate. The Mass will be on Monday March 14 in St Canice’s Church at 7.30pm, followed by light refreshments in St Canice’s Parish Hall (formerly the Old Boy’s School). It would be great if all past members could come along to join in the celebration.
MASS FOR LENT:
During Lent there will be evening Mass in St Canice’s Church, Borris in Ossory every evening at 7.30pm. There will be no morning Mass except on Saturday morning at the usual time of 10am. This is to facilitate those who would like to attend Mass every day during Lent.
