Official Opening - The Mill Family Resource Centre are having their Official Opening on this Thursday, June 21 at 3pm by the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs Frances Fitzgerald. All are very welcome to come along.

Buster Draw - The Mill Family Resource Centre and Urlingford National School are running a Buster Draw Greyhound Race on Wednesday, June 27th, result of the draw will be on the finishing position of race 6 in Kilkenny Greyhound Track that night. Tidy Towns - The Tidy Town Committee would like to thank all those who helped in the clean-up on Wednesday night last and also those who tidied up in the hurling field area. A special thanks to the residents of St. Joseph’s Tce., who displayed great community spirit in their area ‘well done’. Certificate in Theological Studies - This course aims to provide general Theological Education and formation in the main aspects of faith aimed at those who are interested in lay involvement and leadership roles at parish and diocesan level. Cemetery Mass - People are invited to the Hall for refreshments after the cemetery Mass in Graine on Friday, June 22nd. This will be our final opportunity to use the hall for development work taking place.

Corpus Christi Procession - The Diocesan Corpus Christi Procession will take place on Sunday, June 24th. The Procession will begin at St. John’s Church, Dublin Road, Kilkenny at 2.30 p.m. and will proceed through the city to St. Mary’s Cathedral to arrive approximately one hour later. People are asked to gather at St John’s at 2.15 p.m .on the day.
