Alzheimer’s Coffee Morning - A coffee morning in aid of Alzheimer’s will be held in Drangan Community Hall after 11.00 mass on Sunday 12th May. Your support will be appreciated.

Whist Drive - The next Whist Drive will be the Alzheimer’s Whist Drive on Monday 13th May. New players are always welcome to come along.

On Tuesday of last week Drangan NS were defeated by a point in the under 13 Primary Schools Hurling Championship. The team was Ben Hennessy, Peter Wall, Darragh Hall, Conor Duggan, Eoin Ryan, Seán Ryan, Pauric O Brien. Subs were: Aideen Wilson, Leanne Murphy, Isobel Hayes, Jack Meagher and Cathal Slattery.

Well done to Cathal Mahoney, Conor Clancy and Aidan Buckley who helped South

Tipperary qualify for the Munster Under 16 hurling semi final on last Saturday May 4th in Ballylooby. The 3 lads helped South Tipperary to victories over Cork Side Seandun,

Mid Clare and East Waterford. The semi finals and final were played on Monday 6th May.

Well done to goalkeeper Brendan Kearney and Jamie Broderick who have been selected on the

South Tipperary Under 14 hurling panel to play the Interdivisional Peadar Cummins Tournament in Borrisoleigh on Saturday 25th May.

Last week our under 12 footballers were victorious over Moyle Rovers and Carrick Swans.

On this Wednesday evening 8th May our under 16 footballers Anner Gaels play Cahir at 7.00pm in Anner Park Cloneen.

On Thursday 9th May our under 14 footballers play Cahir at 7.00pm in Cahir.

On Friday 10th May our under 12 footballers play Newcastle in Newcastle.

Our Junior Footballers play Ardfinnan this weekend in the first round of the championship.
