About Cashel Town -
Spafield Resource Centre
The positive living & Mental Health Awareness workshop is currently running at Spafield Family Resource Centre.
This 6 week programme is funded by the V.E.C and is facilitated by tutor Jackie Kennedy. Promotion of maintaining ones mental well being is key and positivity is embraced at every opportunity.
Each workshop is creative, interactive, relaxed and informative. A more positive approach to life and an appreciation for mental wellness are the envisioned outcomes.
It has been a huge success to date and no doubt will continue to be. The group is composed of male and female participants which allows for varied and interesting discussions.
Many thanks to all participants for their continued support and excellent attendance.
