Ballingarry Tidy Towns - We are now back to work in full force. We will be meeting on Saturday Mornings at 10.30am outside Martin Hanarahans. New members are always welcome. We are delighted with the response of the community members who have volunteered their time to clean-up litter in their areas. It is very noticeable on the Ballincurry to Delaney’s Cross road and areas of the Commons road to Ballingarry. Well done to all involved. Unfortunately illegal dumping of litter is becoming a regular occurence and thankfully South Tipp County Council Environment Officer Anthony Wynn is collecting this litter and is removing it for evidence. As a reminder Tidy Towns can give litter pickers, disposable gloves and plastic bags to anyone wishing to collect Litter in their area.
