AN appeal has been lodged against plans to retain two extensions to a shed near the Hoare Abbey, in Cashel.
On June 1st, Donnacha O’Sullivan was granted retention permission for two extensions attached to each side of an agricultural shed, along with an extension to a concrete yard to accommodate a silage storage apron and associated works, at the Hoare Abbey in Cashel. The retention permission came with six conditions attached.
The development has attracted considerable local interest from neighbours, with Independent TD Mattie McGrath being one of the parties submitting an observation while the plans were still with the planning office.
