Fun Day - Gaile National School and Bright Star Pre-School are holding their second annual Barbeque and Fun Day at the school grounds next Sunday from 2 to 5pm. Admission is free and open to everybody.

Moycarkey Coolcroo A.C. - Fundraising Event, there will be a clothing recycling drive in aid of Moycarkey Coolcroo Athletic Club on Friday, June 21st, 7pm - 8.30pm and Saturday, June 22nd, 10.30am - 12.00pm at the following locations, Two-Mile-Borris Community Hall and the Band Hall, Littleton. Please donate all your clean unwanted clothes (in any condition) also bed linen, towels, curtains, shoes, bags, belts and soft toys.

Wearable clothes will be recycled and re-used and other items will be recycled for items such as industrial wipes or soundproofing. No household bric-a-brac please.

Wedding Bells - Congratulations to Colleen Darmody, Two-Mile-Borris, daughter of Kevin and Eilish on her marriage to James Carroll, Thurles, son of Rodger and Philomena. The wedding ceremony with nuptial blessing took place in St. James Church on Friday, 31st May followed by a reception in Ballykisteen Hotel, Tipperary. Celebrants were Fr. Joe Walsh and Fr. George Bourke; Bridesmaids, Deirdre Darmody, Rebecca Loughnane, Tracy O’Connell and Marina McGrath; Bestman, William Carroll; Groomsmen, Vinny Loughnane, Patrick Troy and Damien Troy; First Reading, Mary Heffernan; Second Reading, Nicola Carroll; Prayers of the Faithful, Mark Heffernan, Denis Shanahan, Lynda Carroll, Shane Ryan and Róisin Claffey; Offertory Gifts, Eilish Darmody and Philomena Carroll; Music, Mary Rose McNally and Laura Quinlan.

Cycle Run - The annual Cycle Run 60k and 20k will take place on Sunday, 23rd June. Patrons please note change of date. All proceeds towards the Two-Mile-Borris Community Development Group.
