U14B West Hurling Final Cappawhite Capture U14 West Title Cappawhite 1-10; Arravale Rovers 0-7 - Cappawhite are 2012 West Champions and deservedly so after soaking up some serious pressure in Annacarty on Monday evening last. Cappawhite dominated the first half against the breeze and led by 1-08 to 0-0 at the break. But Fair play to Arravale who never dropped the heads and fought back with 7 points in the second half however it wasn’t enough to cut the margin and Cappawhite’s two second half points was enough to put the game beyond reach.

Congratulations and well done to all involved. Both team, mentors and supporters travelled back to Cappawhite Community Centre for well deserved refreshments afterwards.

Cappawhite now go on to play the Mid Champions Gortnahoe in the county championship next week.
