We will be holding a
“Harvest Fayre” selling vegetables, plants, jams, cakes etc on Friday the 26th of October commencing at 6pm. There will also be an auction of goods and promises which will commence at 7.30pm. Any support would be much appreciated.

Local TD, Alan Kelly, Minister for Public & Commuter Transport has welcomed the announcement by his party colleague Ruairi Quinn TD, Minister for Education & Skills that Scoil Iosef Naofa, Corville, Roscrea has been approved for electrical works.
The ever popular Roscrea’s Miscellany returns to wow the audience at the Castle Complex Annex, Wednesday 16th October at 8p.m. The contributors will help make you smile, ponder and laugh out loud. Space is limited so do come early. Brought to you by Roscrea Heritage Society and facilitated by OPW.
Whist drive in Aghancon Hall Thursday October 17th at 8pm.

Hospice Coffee Morning
Kathleen O’Meara, Sharavougue, would like to express her very sincere thanks to all who supported her Offaly Hospice Coffee morning on the day and to everyone who gave donations. The total amount came to €1,960.
Three Mile Walk
A Three mile walk will be held from the Mill House, Birr Road, Roscrea on Sunday, October 20th at 2.30pm. All proceeds to the Irish Cancer Society. For more details contact (0505) 22073.
For anyone interested in learning to play the game of bridge, tuition began on Tuesday in Ballyegan Hall from 8pm – 10pm and will continue weekly on Tuesday nights.
