Link 2B Initiative

Link 2B Active offers discounted rates for physical activity opportunities for all recipients of social welfare payments in North Tipperary. It partners job seekers with local North Tipperary facilities including Trinity Leisure Centre, Nenagh, Nenagh Leisure Centre, Lakeside Leisure Centre, Roscrea Leisure Centre, Thurles Leisure Centre, Health Quest Fitness Centre, Holycross and the Anner Hotel, Thurles.

This programme was developed by South Dublin County Sports Partnership to promote participation among the unemployed. Currently, the initiative is being rolled out nationally and the North Tipperary Sports Partnership (NTSP) is driving the programme in the North Tipperary area.
