Bereavement: The death occurred of Bridie Fitzpatrick, Newhall, Grange, Gortnahoe (following an accident) on Tuesday 30th of August 2011.
Removal took place from her residence to the Church of The Sacred Heart, Gortnahoe on Thursday. Requiem Mass was on Friday followed by burial in Good Shepherd cemetery. Bridie is deeply missed by her parents Sean and Mary, brothers Seanie, Kevin. Thomas, Christopher and Larry, sisters Sandra, Theresa, Lizzie, aunts, uncles, relatives and a large circle of friends. May she rest in peace.

Gortnahoe-Glengoole Camogie: Our under 14 Camogie team will play in the County Semi-Final against Shannon Rovers this Thursday Sept 8th in The Ragg Camogie Grounds at 7.p.m. All support will be greatly appreciated.
Gortnahoe -Glengoole Juvenile G.A.A. Club: Will hold their annual Church gate collection this week end 10th and 11th September.
