Cllr Doran Calls for JPC meeting asap

Sinn Fein Councillor David Doran has called on Thurles Town Council to convene a meeting of the Joint Policing Committee as soon as possible in order to discuss a series of high profile incidents in and around Thurles town over the last few weeks.

Speaking at the monthly meeting of the council this week, Cllr Doran said that a meeting was urgently required and he urged the Town Clerk Mr Michael Ryan to make contact with An Garda Siochana to arrange one.
