Stop The Stigma - Jackie Kennedy will deliver this programme from 10-12.30 A progressive four week self awareness programme starts next Monday July 1st at Spafield Family Resource Centre.

Self Care with Sarah Community education facilitator Sarah O Connor will deliver an innovative series of self esteem and self confidence building workshops which commence on Wednesday 26th June at 7pm at Spafield Family Resource Centre.

Helpful Hands

The Helpful Hands group at Spafield Family Resource Centre have identified two local organisations to create sensory resources for and start work next week on the project.
