The Mid Tipp offers a full suite of upland experiences, ranging from easy low-level rambles to challenging mountain routes and rock climbs.

If you are new to hill walking, you can use their website www.midtipphillwalkers.ie as a starting point for all you need to know. You can see a brief history of club in the About us section.

Organised hill walks take place on almost every Sunday throughout the year. On each Sunday there is a high-level walk, while on alternate Sundays a slower-paced, moderate walk is on offer.
