We would like to wish the best of luck to Kevin Byrne of Fethard Macra who is representing South Tipp in the Macra Mister Personality Competition 2013. Kevin has been in Macra 14 years which puts him as the longest serving member in the county. He joined Clonmel Macra in 1999 where he chaired the club for one year, he was then a member of Rathkeevin Macra for 10 years where he served as treasurer and president of the club, he is now an active member of Fethard Macra. Kevin has had previous county executive roles including development, sports and social and is currently president of South Tipp Macra. Kevin has had great involvment in the organisation partaking in various compeitions such as sports, capers and debating. The National Mister Personality Competition takes Place in the Springhill Court Hotel Kilkenny on Friday 19th and Saturday 20th of April.

Macra is a wonderful organisation for individuals aged from 17-35 and has something for everyone including social events, travel, farming and competitions including sports, public speaking, debating and more which give you skills for life.
