Tipperary Camogie

National League: This Sunday our senior team and intermediate teams play Cork in round one of the National Camogie League in Pairc Ui Rinn Cork. In Division 2 our intermediates play at 1.30pm and in Division 1 our seniors play at 15.15pm. We wish manager Conor Ryan & coach Geraldine Kinnane along with the girls all the best in these matches.

Minor championship: Kilkenny v Tipperary is on this Saturday @ 2.30pm in Thomastown. This is round one of the All-Ireland minor championship and we wish manager Tim Maher and his team all the best in this competition.

Munster under-16 semi-final is on Saturday, March 2nd - under-16A Tipperary v Limerick - time and venue TBC. Under-16B Waterford vs Tipperary - time and venue TBC.

Schools Camogie: Congratulations to Colaiste Phobal Roscrea on their win against St Joseph’s Lucan in the C semi-final. They will play Banagher in the All-Ireland final in March.

Commiserations to Presentation Thurles who lost to a strong Loughrea team in the A semi-final.

Third level: the Tipperary County Camogie Board would like to congratulate all of our girls who competed in the final of the Ashbourne cup - WIT v UL. Also to all the girls who competed in the Purcell Cup, Ashbourne Cup & Ashbourne Plate.

The County Board also wishes senior player and former captain Joanne Ryan a speedy recovery from her recent accident.
