Ricky Fogarty Cup Final: Nenagh AFC ‘A’ were slender one nil winners over Nenagh Celtic ‘A’ in the Ricky Fogarty Cup Final,

Trevor Morrissey got the all-important goal midway through the second half. Richie Fogarty presented the Ricky Fogarty Cup to Nenagh AFC captain John Mitchell after the game.

Joe Delaney Cup: Nenagh AFC Youths booked their place in the Joe Delaney Cup Final following a comprehensive 4-1 win over Cahir Park at the Brickfields venue. The TSDL side took the lead on twenty minutes through Eamon Gleeson, however it was all square ten minutes later when Ryan Gilmartin netted an equaliser. Emmet Dwyer shot Nenagh ahead just before the break with a well taken effort. The home side had wind advantage in the second half and dominated affairs, Craig McDonald stretched the lead in the 56th minute with a fine effort from all of thirty yards, Craig McDonald bagged his second of the outing on 70 minutes to leave no way back for Cahir Park.

Third Division League: Ballymackey ‘B’ clinched the Third Division League title with a 3-1 victory over fellow contenders Streamstown Celtic in Ballinree on Sunday. Streamstown hit the front in the 26th minute with a Denis Conlon goal, however the sides went in level at the half time whistle after Timmy Fleming bagged an equalizer. Ballymackey were on top in the second half as Noel Hogan netted twice so seal the win that secured a memorable league title for the Ballinree side.

Sallypark ‘B’ were three nil winners over Holycross ‘B’ last Sunday morning, Rory Kennedy opened the Sallypark account with a headed effort, Robbie Lawlor made it two nil midway through the second half. Aidan Fahey copper fastened the win with a well taken free kick ten minutes from time.
