County Final Success For Senior Badminton Team

Congratulations to our U19 Badminton team who won The Tipperary Championship in Roscrea on Wednesday last. Well done to James Buckley, Aidan Buckley, Ciaran Mockler and Darren Boland who won a most exciting and entertaining final against Our Lady’s Templemore when a deciding game was needed to separate these two skilful teams. Presentation Ballingarry will now go on to represent Tipperary Schools in the Munster Championship which will be held in the coming weeks.

Our U14 and U 16 teams also competed well in their respective championships but were unlucky not to qualify for the finals.

Warmest thanks to Mr. Moran and local Badminton clubs for their great work in preparing these students for the championships.
