South East Mountain Rescue

SEMRA has been a welcome sight on the hills and mountains in the South East of Ireland for over 37 years.  During that time many people have been located and rescued by the teams many volunteers.The team will out and about on the streets of Clonmel this coming Friday 25th and Saturday 26th of October for our annual Flag Day. SEMRA are hoping to raise much needed funds as part of a major new fundraising drive for the building a Vehicle Storage Unit in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.  SEMRA members, all of whom are volunteers, will be out in force in Clonmel town so pop along and say hello.  Its a great opportunity to meet the team and see whats involved in keeping people safe on the mountains of the South East of Ireland.  Its also a great opportunity to show your appreciation of the great service provided by SEMRA and its voluntary members who are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year"
