Club Party: As previously mentioned, the annual club party will take place in the Spinning Wheel on Dec 2nd. This is a free night with ‘Finger Food’ being served courtesy of the proprietor Richard Ingram. Proceedings start at 9.15pm. Athlete of the year presentations will be awarded during the party. U/14 ages may attend so long as they are under parental supervision. We hope to see all members young and old, from walkers to runners, throwers and jumpers.

Cross Country: A great day tinged with disappointment can best describe Sunday last at the Munster Championship in Clonmel Racecourse. Laura Herke won a bronze medal as a member of the 3rd placed Tipperary team U/9. Then Jack Nevin finished 12th to secure a bronze medal (individual), and Munster silver (team) for Tipperary. Ben Buttimer also won bronze on the Tipperary u/15 boys team.

The disappointment was in the GU/11 where Kate Herke finished 4th overall but the race was started unofficially and will now be re-run at the Munster B Cross Country in Limerick Racecourse on this Sunday 20th November.
