The result brought joy to Cashel as they drew the dividend of dissent from the “result” of September 26th, beating Ballybacon-Grange by six points and retaining senior status.

The drop now involves Borrisokane and Brendan Cummins’ club. Nenagh’s Harty Cup crusade looked to have reached the colleges final at Tipperary but in a repeat of their Dolla experience against Thurles, their late lead was wiped out by holders Ard-Scoil Ris.

The replay is set for Tuesday, 14th February.
