Reports in England suggest that Gortnahoe man Shane Long could be set for a £10m move away from West Brom. Newcastle united are one of three clubs interested in the 25 year old Republic of Ireland striker since losing prize asset Demba Ba to Chelsea in this January transfer window.

Another club interested is Italian giants Lazio who are currently enjoying a great season in Seria A. Liverpool could also be in for Long who worked under Brendan Rogers while at Reading. Long joined West Brom from Reading in 2011 and has netted 7 times in 21 appearances this season for West Brom.
