Roscrea to honour Sporting Heroes of 2012

On Friday, February 15th, 2013 Roscrea and the wider community will come together in large numbers to recognise the sporting achievement of those from the area who have reached their highest echelons in their chosen sport.

The major sponsor again this year is Rosderra Meats who have sponsored the event for the past few years and without this support R.C.T.L.C. acknowledge that it would not be possible to continue staging these Sports Awards on an annual basis. Tickets for the Gala Sports Awards Presentation Dinner are limited and are available from Marie Tooher or Pat Kennedy at Roscrea Abbey Community Centre (Abbey Hall), Abbey Street, Roscrea. Tel: 0505 23183 or 23185. Those wishing to book tickets are advised to do so without delay. R.C.T.L.C. have expressed their gratitude to the Sports Journalists who have chosen the recipients this year and who have extended the Awards over a greater geographical area.
