There was only one walk last Sunday –

- short 2 ½ hour walk from Dromakeenan down to the Brosna River and back to the Fish Farm, led by Pat Moloughney, while the long walkers had a day off. The short walk was very enyoyable, with lovely weather. Pat Moloughney put them through their paces – they’re now in good shape for the next steeplechase – there were so many fences!! Best wishes to club members Christy Lupton and JJ Bergin who are climbing Ben Nevis in Scotland this week. This Sunday’s short walk is to Glenafelly, led by Ray McCarthy, while the long walk is to the Galtees led by JJ Bergin, who’ll be tired after his Ben Nevis climb!
