Phoenix Productions Thanks

Phoenix Productions would like to thank all those who attended and contributed so kindly to their fund raising events over the past couple of weeks.

Last Tuesday we held a very successful table quiz in The Monks, followed on Friday night last by an enjoyable night at Thurles Dog Track which included our Buster Draw. Both nights were hugely successful and we would like to thank those in attendance and both The Monks and Thurles Greyhound Stadium for being such hospitable hosts! All of this, of course, is in aid of our upcoming show, The Hot Mikado, which takes place at The Premier Hall from August 5th - 8th, at 8p.m. nightly.

The cast have been rehearsing tirelessly for the past three months to piece together what is set to be a hugely entertaining stage show. The performance features many faces that will be familiar to Phoenix audiences, as well as many new and fresh ones among the cast of over forty young people, each one brimming with enthusiasm and talent. Once again this year, the show is produced by Gerard O' Brien, ably assisted by choreographer Aisling Doyle, while David Wray takes charge of proceedings as Musical Direc tor.

We look forward to seeing as many people as possible in attendance on the nights, and are sure that you the community and audience will enjoy watching The Hot Mikado as much we have enjoyed bringing the story to life.

Tickets for the show are available from any members of the cast, by calling the Box Office on 0504-90204 or by emailing boxoffice@sourcearts.ie

We are advising people to come along and book early in order to avoid disappointment. As this is a very entertaining show with lots of fun, music and dance, we expect a big turnout at the box office. Thereofre, if you wish to secure the seat of your choice in the Premier Hall, you need to get on that computer, or the phone to book your tickets.

See you there.
