Inane Rovers Gaelic Football Club Roscrea held a very successful medal presentation night in the Damer Court Hotel last Friday evening. The

hall was packed with players, mentors, parents & supporters to celebrate Inanes most successful year since its foundation in 1950.

Chairman of the club Declan Russell opened proceedings by welcoming everyone, in particular the successful Inane teams & special guests for the night George Hannigan Senior Tipperary Footballer & John McGrath Minor Tipperary Football and Hurling player.

Secretary Alan Fogarty announced the names of each player from the successful U-10 and u14 winning teams calling on John McGarth to make the presentations. The u-10’s were presented with certs rewarding this great team for capturing their 3rd County Community Games Title in a row. The u-14 team were next up receiving their North medals – the first Inane team ever to win this particular title. John McGrath then addressed the hall thanking everyone involved for his invitation to be part of the occasion & encouraged all the young Inane players to practice hard & keep up the good work.
