Daffodil Day In Cashel

Daffodil Day has come around again and this year it will take place on Friday March 22nd. We are hoping that it will prove as successful as previous years as cancer affects so many of our lives. Last year an amazing €3.8M was raised for cancer services. As a result the Irish Cancer Society was able to provide patient care and information services nationwide.

The Cashel Daffodil Day launch will take place in Foley’s Bar on Friar Street on Wednesday February 20th at 2.30pm. We hope that all our volunteers and helpers will make a great effort to attend the launch. New volunteers will also be most welcome and encouraged to attend. We thank Foley’s Bar for facilitating our launch. There tickets will be sold for our raffle at the launch. Our main prize is a hamper which is on display in Mc Inerneys Electrical Shop Main Street Cashel and will be raffled in Supervalu on Daffodil Day Friday March 22nd. Tickets for the raffle can be purchased in the shop from this week till Daffodil Day. Cashel Daffodil Day Committee looks forward to seeing you all our launch on February 20th.
