Cashel Girl Promoted At Top Property Firm
Local girl Roseanne de Vere Hunt of the well-known Cashel family of De Vere Hunts, has made a prestigious move up the career ladder this month.
A senior country property negotiator, Roseanne has been promoted to associate director and joins the Country Property Department Board at global independent property consultants, Knight Frank in Dublin, formerly Ganly Walters.
She will direct business in the country department where she specialises in sales of fine period country houses and estates, both sporting and agricultural, throughout Ireland.
Roseanne joined Ganly Walters in April, 2006 from Gunnes, where she worked as a senior negotiator in residential property for over four years.
The eldest in a family of four, with two brothers and one sister, Roseanne de Vere Hunt BSc graduated with a degree in property from the Limerick Institute of Technology in 2001. She then embarked on her estate agency career.
She comes from a long family line of estate agents and is continuing in the tradition of her father, uncles and grandfather. Roseanne’s father, Raymond de Vere Hunt, is a well-known estate agent in Cashel, who is also involved in the family business of Cashel Mart. Mr. De Vere Hunt farms as well, both cattle and sheep, at Dualla, outside Cashel.
