Are You Ready To Rebuild Your Business?

The Tipperary North County Enterprise Board is running a 10 week Business Regeneration Programme which will be delivered by Blaise Brosnan, Management Resource Institute. The programme is targeted at Owner / Managers whose businesses have suffered badly during the recession, but who are still trading and are now ripe to dust themselves down and prepare for the next stage of their natural business cycle.

This intensive Management Development Programme may also appeal to Business Owners/ Managers who have previously participated in management development training and now require further development support.

The programme will run over 10 weeks commencing Wednesday, April 10th and concluding on Wednesday June 12th. It is proposed that the workshops will commence at 8.00am and finish at 11.00am to minimise time spent away from the business. The venue for training will be agreed to suit the majority of participants and will be most likely Thurles or Nenagh.

The topics to be covered include: Plotting your current business situation and examining the suitability of your business model for today’s trading and tomorrow’s potential; Your style of Management; Cost Drivers in your Business; Strategic Options for your business going forward; Cash is King; Time Resource; Marketing / Selling; Negotiation Skills and Project Managing your Business.

Participants will also receive two one to one confidential mentoring sessions on-site. The cost of participating on the programme will be circa €200.00 per business and participating firms can bring along key personnel to the workshops. Places will be allocated strictly on a first come first served basis.

For further information please contact Ms. Eleanor Forrest, Assistant C.E.O. at the Tipperary North County Enterprise Board, Connolly Street, Nenagh, telephone 067-33086 or e-mail eleanor@tnceb.ie. Places may also be booked on-line at www.tnceb.ie/training.htm. County and City Enterprise Boards are funded by the Irish Government and by the European Union.
