Donnelly to step down as Munster PRO

Moycarkey Borris clubman Ed Donnelly steps down as PRO of the Munster GAA council on Friday evening at the AGM of the council in Woodlands House Hotel in Adare.

The former PRO of the County Tipperary GAA Board has completed a three year term of office and is required to step aside under regulation.

Ed Donnelly was credited with bringing Tipperary into the modern era with his work as PRO in The Premier County and he continued this role in Munster as he went about raising the profile of the council particularly through social media and on-line content.

The AGM will see Tipperary’s PJ Maher (Boherlahan Dualla) and JK Brackens (John Costigan) take up their roles as delegates to the council, with Costigan having replaced Toomevara’s Donal Shanahan at the Tipp Convention in December.
