The Professional Diploma in Education (Music) is a post-graduate qualification, which enables the holder of a primary Degree in Music to be registered by the Teaching Council of the Department of Education and Skills. The majority of PDE (Music) graduates opt to teach music in Irish secondary schools. Graduates of PDE (Music) have had their qualifications recognised internationally including UK, New Zealand, Australia and USA.
