Q Mark Award Nomination for Stapleton’s

The team from Stapleton’s Bakery in Roscrea, who were finalists at this year’s National Q Mark awards in Dublin. The prestigious team saw off hundreds of other stores in their bid to be nominated for what are otherwise known as the Oscar’s of Business Excellence The National Q Mark Awards honours stores for their achievement in being recognised as having the highest standard of Hygiene and Food Safety in the country.

Joe & Mary Stapleton congratulated their team and said that they were truly delighted by such a prestigious nomination for Hygiene and Food Safety Stapleton’s Bakery pioneered by Joe & Mary Stapleton in Roscrea is steeped in heritage and tradition and currently run by the third generation of the family having been originally established in 1920. Stapleton’s mantra is ‘Because Quality Matters!’ and this is bourne out by their tempting range of breads from Crusty white to Wholemeal brown, which are baked with care to guarantee consistency and quality. The team are also very proud of the fact that e each of their breads is ‘True to Taste’ which is achieved by using traditional recipes.

Being a finalist at The National Q Mark Awards let’s Stapleton’s customers know that they operate a continuous improvement structure of Hygiene and Food Safety in their store.
